Treatment packages are tailor made to meet the individual needs of clients and the recommended treatment package and number of sessions will
be discussed during the initial consultation.
I offer the Virtual Gastric Band program, hypnotherapy & hypnoanalysis sessions Monday to Friday in person from my cosy Tranquil Garden Therapy Room located in Binfield Berkshire covering all the surrounding areas - Bracknell, Ascot, Wokingham, Winnersh, Windsor, Reading, Maidenhead, Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Hampshire and online using Zoom, WhatsApp or Facetime sessions worldwide.
The number of sessions required will depend on the client. My priority is your therapeutic needs and therefore my main focus and the therapy will be tailored to you. Many people are surprised how quickly hypnotherapy can work!
Weight Management

This package consists of four session and is aimed at helping people to lose weight. It will also help you to change your relationship with food and includes subconscious reprogramming to encourage healthy eating habits and behaviours

Our Cancellation Policy
It would be most helpful if you could give me 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or rebook an appointment in order to release appointments to other clients, as I spend a considerable amount of time preparing for each therapy session. I will have to charge the full fee for any appointments cancelled within 24 hours.
